Esau put on his excited face. Over the years he has come to master his emotions. "Then it's settled, we will go see Isaac now, and by the end of the night HHWBTR will know of and be happy for marriage. Let us go."

"H. H. W. B. T. R?" Rebekah repeated the letters as though they were from a foreign tongue. "May I ask what that means?"

"Sorry Sweetie, I forgot to tell you guys. I made a fun little anagram for our Lord," everytime Esau said something about the Lord being HWWBTR he died a little inside, "He walks behind the rows becomes HWWBTR."

"I guess this means we need to head over to Isaac's then. I like Isaac he's a pretty relaxed leader... then there's Malachai." A shiver went down his spine as he thought of Malachai and his short temper.

[Bunny]

Rebekah shrank away from her fiance. This time not out of hurt or rage, but fear. A hard needle of terror pressed itself into her heart, and Rebekah could feel her eyes begin to bulge from their sockets. "You -- you would profane his holy name in such a manner?" she choked, her hands fluttering to her neck. For once, she had no difficulty speaking in the manner she so admired.

Esau, flustered, had to think on his feet. He began with a quiet tone which slowly escalated to a scream, "Reba, how dare you (with emphasis on you). I worship our Lord in manner that rises above most others. It nearly rivals the methods of Isaac. I am a modest man, and the way in which I worship is so as well. If I so choose to call Him by HWWBTR, I will because it allows me to spend less time saying his name and more time worshipping him. If you scald me in such a manner ever again, I will leave you, and you will be no more closer to pleasing the Almighty who so gladly pleases us!" He finished.

[Sly Cooper]

"If Isaac heard you talk about our Lord that way you would surely be sacrificed to He Who Walks Behind the Rows." Damon gasped slightly when her heard what Esau meant. Abbreviating the lords name was nothing short of a Hereticy.

[Bunny]

Rebekah was shaking her head even as Esau spoke. "I have never heard Isaac nor Malachai reference the Lord in such a manner. They are reluctant to even speak his name, let alone to abbreviate it. That's...that's..." She took a deep breath. It was going to take strength to say what she wanted to say. "That's a bad thing.."

Esau, worried that this could escalate into something far worse, decided to smooth the situation. "I - I see. I still feel that it isn't an awful thing, but if our leader were to find out, I could die. Okay, I will no longer refer to our lord in such a manner. Please forgive, do not tell Isaac, or anyone. Do you want to marry me, or be alone?"

[Sly Cooper]

Damon picked up a the pebble he had been kicking around and played with it in his hand. He wanted to say something that would comfort Rebekah, but the truth was Damon was just as uncomfortable with the situation. "Rebekah, in all fairness, I don't think he meant anything bad by it." Damon was ready to slap himself for standing up for such a thing. "Perhaps, he will learn from this...?"

Damon dropped the pebble and looked at Esau with worry expressed on his face. he didn't think that someone under the age of 19 should be killed for a slight mistake. "See Rebekah, he won't do it again."

Rebekah hesitated. She did want to be the best wife-mother-woman in all of Gatlin, and, as she noted before, that would be difficult to do alone. And what were the odds that she would find another guy that very day who would have her? She wanted to get started now.

"Well," she brushed the subject aside, "I will have to fix you then! I'll make you so pious, Isaac's gonna look at you and be all, 'Wowee!" She giggled at the thought. "And then everyone will know that I'm the best girl. Ha!"

"I'll be amazed if you get Isaac to say wowee." Damon chuckled. "He doesn't seem the type to say such things. But maybe I'm wrong." He shifted in close to the two "Well, congratulations" His voice sounded a little unsure.

[Bunny]

"Well, not normally," Rebekah conceded to the boy. "But maybe he's never been shocked enough...." as she spoke, her eyes rounded.

An idea struck her. "That's it!" she gasped. "That's my new dream! I'm going to shock Isaac!"
