Nako was serious, though, and so he wouldn’t dare let his friend go anywhere, at least not without a couple of sit-ups. He placed his hand on Damon’s stomach gently and said in a soothing voice, “Calm down and relax…” He smirked as he patted the young man gently on the stomach before standing back and preparing to start away with the workout. “Okay, I will count to three, you do the jumping jacks and I will do the counting. After that, we will do… ten chin-ups,” he said as he glanced up at the metal bar, “ten sit-ups,” he added as he glanced down to the floor, “And then we will jog around the attic for about ten laps.” The attic was big enough so they had room to move around. “After that, we shower and then we head over wherever you want to go.” He smiled kindly, but his eyes showed that he was determined to help Damon.

The list seemed to be getting longer and longer. Damon's eyes bulged at first. "But-- but-- but--" He stood in position for the jumping jacks waiting for Nako to signal a go. And so he did, one-two-three-- The other might have been counting but he was counting in his head anyway. He felt like an idiot doing it to. His shirt and hair would flop up and down with every jump. Eight-nine-ten-- He stopped. "There I did Jumping Jacks." He walked back to the bed and threw himself down onto his back. "Can we stop now?"

Nako got upset. Indeed he did. When he had reached ten of the jumping jacks, it seemed that Damon was too quick to give up, and so he watched as his friend moved over to the bed. Nako would’ve understood his friend being tired, but he didn’t appreciate that he would give up so easily. With a scowl, he marched right over to the clubhouse, where he would then lean in, almost as if to kiss. But his face was one of fury, one of determination, as he opened his mouth and started roaring like a drill sergeant would with a troublemaker. “No! Get your scrawny ass up and do ninety more, now!” He pointed firmly to the spot where Damon had been jumping, meaning business. He didn’t know what he would do if Damon refused, though… Maybe he would slap him hard, but then he would feel pretty bad about that.

Damon shrank as Nako yelled at him. He hated being yelled at. his blue yes grew wide and glassy. "But-- I-- I'm so tired--" He was afraid to talk back, but at the same time he didn't feel like he could motivate himself to do any more let alone ninety. "I-- I--" There wasn't anything else to say. He didn't get enough sleep and ultimately that tiredness was stronger than his fear.

Nako felt slightly bad as he watched his friend’s expression change. But it wasn’t too far bad for him to actually feel sorry. Instead, he just glared at the other, his face taut and with firm determination to get the other moving. Finally, he decided he would just give up, in a way, as he stood up, throwing his arms up in the air to emphasize it. “Fine. Be a lady for all I care. Be a wimp. You can’t do anything because you’re too bloody lazy. You can’t do anything because you’re a freaking loser.” He grumbled on and on until he was standing by the window, looking out. He was sure some of the things he was saying could upset the other deeply, but he was trying to get Damon to exercise the way he was supposed to. He figured if he made him angry enough, that the anger could be used as motivation. But then again, anger could easily be misused. Not only that, but instead of anger he could've hurt Damon's feelings when he didn't need to.

Damon had already had a low self esteem. At times where some would get angry, instead he would get sad. And he did. He felt his heart drop. He was thinking about how he was lazy and how he was lazy-- and how his grandmother wished he was a lady but he wasn't even that. But he was careful not to let it show. He held it in, and laid there on the mattress till he could motivate himself to do otherwise. He wiped his eyes in a way to look like he was just rubbing away the sleepies. He eventually sat up, and hung his head. "I will go--" he said quietly before standing up. He went over to pick up his shoes, and walked to the door.

Nako hadn’t moved, nor looked, nor said, ever since he had blurted out all these insults. He certainly wished he hadn’t, as he felt now that he was selfish for having done that, especially after having Damon spend the night when the young man hadn’t really wanted to in the first place. He simply stared out the window, disappointed in Damon but even more in himself. He saw movement from the mattress, turned to watch and knew instantly he had indeed upset his friend. If they were still friends, of course. He gave out a heavy sigh, mainly out of frustration, and with a slight roll of his eyes, said, calmly, “Whatever.” His pride got the best of him for a second, but as he watched Damon walk for the door, he gave out another heavy sigh. “Wait.” For a moment he hesitated, and then continued. “I will make a deal with you. You just do ninety more jumping jacks and then that’s it. No more exercising for the day. Maybe we can do stuff. Maybe play some games or go swimming or maybe explore the building… I don’t know.” He certainly wanted to spend some more time with Damon, but wouldn’t mention anything about kissing in the worry that it could certainly send Damon away.

Damon had felt selfish for not just doing what had been told of him. This is normally where his gramma would come after him with her giant tiki spoon and beat him till he couldn't do what was asked of him. He was taught to be compliant and do what is told of you. But somehow he forgot. Maybe he was just acting out from not having a strict hand to guide him along, but either way he felt guilty. He reached out to unlock the door when he heard a voice. Without turning around. "I will do it all if you still want me to--" he sounded more pathetic than ever. "If it makes you happy. I-- I shouldn't have lashed out-- and been a lazy ass."

He sighed, still disappointed. “Well,” he started but paused. He did want Damon to do all of that exercising he had mentioned in the first place, but he wasn’t sure where to go from here. “It would make me happy,” he continued, “And, after a while, you would be happy too. You might be sore and tired, but you would be feeling better knowing you’re taking care of your body.” He was right, but he didn’t want to push Damon too far. “Of course, if we push you too far, then you wouldn’t be happy for days. I won’t let you go further than you should, though. I’ve read books, I’ve been working out a little myself.” Indeed, he had, although he had done mostly jumping jacks and chin-ups. He frowned as he approached the other, putting his arms around the young man’s shoulders. “Well, you do have a cute butt.” Even in one of those bad moods, he could always try to find the humor.

"I will do it just cos it makes you happy--" he looked at Nako and faked a smile, just for him. "I'll push as hard as you want me to. Okay--" the other boy put his hands on his shoulders so he stood up strait, mostly to show his height compared to the other. Besides, slouching was bad. "I know you're stronger than me, that's how you won that game last night." he turned his head slightly and stuck his but out trying to look at it. It was rather round for how thin he was, but of course Damon couldn't see that, so he just lifted an eyebrow and shrugged the comment off.

Nako shook his head. “I will be happy, yes, but only because I’m helping you.” He was right. “I don’t want to hurt you, so trust me.” So far, he hadn’t really done anything not to be trusted, at least he hoped. When he had released the taller teenager, he found his hand flying down and headed straight for the young fellow’s rear. A slapping sound would reverberate in the attic as Nako smirked, attempting to grab Damon as he could pull him back away from the door and into the right position again. He would’ve tried to take the shoes as well. If he was able to move his friend, they would be close to the mattress. “I got an idea. Think of something that you would really want… Then we will make it a reward for you if you do all the exercising that you should.” He shrugged but the idea was a good one.

Damon's eyes widened when he was more or less spanked. "Erm--" He was being led away from the door and back to where he was positioned before. He still really didn't want to do all the exercising, but he promised he would, and he didn't want to be a little brat-- again. Upon being offered something he wanted really bad-- the wheels in Damon's head turned. The thing he wanted, and coveted the most, he could not get. It couldn't be turned over as a prize. It wasn't even something you could hold-- in a sense it could-- and he had-- But ultimately it was all for naught, or at leas the felt like it. So instead he tried to think of something else, but not much came to mind. "Well-- what if I don't know what I want?"

Now he had to think. He wasn’t really happy that Damon couldn’t decide what he would want as a reward, but he didn’t show it. He pondered as well, having put his finger up to his bottom lip to basically strike a thinking pose, although without the intention of actually doing it on purpose. “Well… You are obviously tired, right?” He asked, trying to come up with some idea of a reward. “So… after you finish working out, you could lay down and rest?” But then he realized it probably wasn’t a good idea. It needed to be something that Damon would really earn, but something that he would really, really want. “Think about it some more, mate, whatever you want just choose it.” He wasn’t sure what Damon would come up with, but if it was anything that would involve him, he probably wouldn’t really mind. But then again, he was determined that his friend worked out enough to get warm. Even if it would be a temporary burst of warmth, it would still be worth it.

Damon lowered his head bashfully, "Well what if you let me rest, but you-- you would cuddle up to me-- just until I fell asleep." He looked away all together and blushed. "Please--" he threw in there, and rubbed the back of his head and neck. "I mean I am tired and all." He felt awkward for a moment. So he stretched out and got ready to do the rest of the jumping jacks, and waited for the signal, which if and when Nako gave, Damon would begin. eleven-twelve-thirteen-- Damon went on. ninety eight- ninety nine- one hundred

Nako blushed quite a bit. Cuddling did sound kind of nice, he wasn’t sure if he had actually done any of that during their sleeping hours, but he figured he could at least try for Damon’s sake. He nodded calmly, with a light chuckle. “Wow, sure. I don’t mind.” He watched as his friend stretched out and then nodded to let him start with the jumping jacks. He counted along, listening for Damon’s heartbeat as best as he could by standing close enough but not too close to get hit in the face or to knock Damon accidentally off balance. When Damon had reached one hundred counts, he nodded with a big grin on his face to show that he was quite proud. “Okay. Chin-ups.” He said as he led Damon to the metal bar. “Do ten.” He said calmly as he moved the chair to the right spot. After that, he would’ve instructed, and then positioned the both of them if he could, to start sit-ups, which he would’ve asked for fifty. If it all went well, there would only be one more thing to do, and that was to jog around the attic. He would let Damon choose how many laps as part of his own reward for his friend, as long as it was at least ten or higher.
