OOC: It's funny how already I've come to a pivotal moment of the rpg. I can either beg for forgiveness, or I can continue to speak my mind. One may lead to my reconciliation of HWWBTR, the other, probably death. Stick around, see what happens next folks.

IC: Esau thought for a moment and then carried on. "Would you like to hear my opinion? Well, in the case of forgiveness, it has done nothing but help this world. It allows people to love the Christian God properly. By this I mean that they are given a choice to either fall to their sinful impulses or to rise to their Almighty. He Who Walks Behind The Rows does not have this wisdom. He even told you to kill our parents without giving them a chance to follow him. If he were truly and all powerful, all mighty Lord, then those people could have been saved." Somewhere in the previous, or perhaps the following, Esau lost himself in his heart. Before he knew it he was spewing his words at Isaac. All of his pent up feelings, his anger at him for the death of his loved ones and the innocent children he so sinfully swayed to evil, were coming out. He could not stop himself, "YOU ARE THE EVIL ONE, YOU ARE THE SINNER!!! YOU HAVE LEAD THE CHILDREN ASTRAY, AND POSSIBLY DOOMED THEM. YOU WILL SUFFER THE WORST PUNISHMENT OF THEM ALL, YOU-YOU," he stumbled with his words, for as his emotions were rushing out of him they got caught in the up roar them, "YOU HERETIC, YOU BLASPHEMOUS PIG." With the word pig, Esau's mind finally caught up with him. He knew what he had done. He accepted it.

OOC: Fine, you're right, I'm done. Perhaps Esau was never long for this game, he enjoyed his time.

Isaac did not even bother to argue with Esau, although the arguments flew into his head. As a person grew older, they grew selfish, more concerned with themselves and their own advancement than in pleasing the Lord, He Who Walks Behind the Rows was Almighty and Holy - Gatlin had been about to wither and die, the drought would have killed them all but he saved them, he walked among them, close to them, he could speak to him feel him - nobody could doubt his existence. The Christian God could not say the same.

All of the followers of He Who Walks Behind the Rows did just that: followed him. The Christian God's supposed followers - Isaac had seen them. Phonies, the lot of them. Looking only for their Lord to comfort them, not willing to realize their position as servants. And how could they? Their God asked for their servitude, but then allowed them so much freedom with such vague boundaries that even the most pious would fall.


And before him, one of those very servants of the Christian God, was spitting in his so-called God's face. Wasn't a God of love meant to command the very same from his followers? Instead he debases an insults the unbelievers, accuses them of evil - and then expects them to follow? Isaac wasn't certain if this was the Christian God's foolishness or Esau's own, but it did not concern him.


He Who Walks Behind the Rows was perfect. Isaac had seen the ways of the Christian God -- and in such a way, he had seen Evil.

They all flew. He felt his Lord - his True God - against him, at his side. He could feel the serpentine tongue flick against his ear at it soothed him, complimented him on his belief, ascertained that he was pleased with him.

He had never felt that, when he had served the 'Christian God'.

Isaac, comforted by His Lord's presence, merely tilted his head thoughtfully at Esau, instead of merely combatting him verbally, or spinning on his heel and calling for Malachai.

"You will burn in hell," he said simply, and then he punctuated his sentence by turning on his heel. "And you will also not enter into a union with Rebekah. Please do not grow angry with me. It is simply inappropriate for one of the Lord's children to marry an unbeliever." He waved Esau away.

Esau was stunned. He felt he was certainly dead. But Isaac surprised him. "Forgive me, Isaac. It was wrong of me to speak to you in such an uncivilized manner. But yes, it is true. I follow the Almighty, the true Almighty. I assume I cannot sway you, but I would like you to know that you have not seen the entire picture. Take a step back and look at the world. What has your Lord done for it? I know you can ask the same of mine, but how can you say your belief is the proper one if it has not spread throughout the entire world to give all his apparent word. Why are you, a servant of him, not walking the streets of New York or Los Angeles at this very moment? How can you, of all people, turn your back on the world? Anyhow, I assume I am free to go. Please, as a final favor from you, will you call off Malachai as I go and allow me to leave peacefully?"

"Silence yourself," Isaac snapped, refusing to allow one more blasphemous word to stain the air. "You speak no more heresy. You are forgiven for your blindness," he added with a shrug, as though the matter was not of any importance. "You were not in the corn, as I recall, when He Who Walks Behind the Rows made himself known. You can't be blamed for not basking in his glory. Insult him no more. I feel nothing but pity for you."

Isaac turned back towards Esau, and looked at him as though he was staring at a pile of dung upon his floor. He wrinkled his nose in distaste. Evil was before him. "Never approach me again. Leave."

Esau took notice of Isaac's words. "Alright" he said. As he walked past Isaac he gave him one last long look. A look of compassion, almost speaking the words, "I hope things turn out well for you," and he kept on. He walked into the room with everyone else.
