Malachai had struggled as he made several attempts in untying himself, he groaned in frustration as he finally managed to untie himself and free himself; he grabs his hunting knife and began to make his way to the clearing, his eyes fuelled with anger and his face just as red as his hair, he had enough of Isaac and his laws, his wife was dead and Isaac was going to suffer, and those who were going to stand in Malachai's way, would suffer the consequences.
OOC I'M BAAAACK I apologize for my absence the computer wouldn't connect and I was having issues etc- I'm sorry my first reply is so lame haha it'll be better I promise missed you all, thanks Kit for keeping me updated on what was happening to Malachai (:

Rhett had never been one to swear complete fealty. To anyone. All organizations were just packs of howling monkeys, and it was best not to put too much faith into any single one.
Nor to put complete obedience into any single one. So, despite the fact that he had been forbidden to go into the cornfield due to his inherent clumsy nature (there was a very high danger that he would stumble into one of the corn stalks) he did just that: entered the cornfield. Not out of pure rebelliousness, but because he had accidentally lost Delilah. And losing your daughter was frowned upon in most societies, but most especially this one.
Besides. What would they do if they caught him? Kill him? He was eighteen. In a few months he'd be 'going to meet He Who Walks Behind the Rows' (the biggest con artist of all) anyway.
While he was exploring the forbidden fields, he noticed a splash of ginger hair. Instantly, his dark eyes recognized Malachai, who had allegedly been desposed of after trying to usurp Isaac. He was considered a plague, and it was said that his soul would rot in hell. He was essentially a leper.
"Hiya, Malachai!" Rhett greeted chipperly. "I thought you were dead. Hey, have you seen Delilah anywhere? Long story, but we started to play hide and seek and I didn't tell her to, um, 'ya know, not hide in the cornfield. You look angry," he added, taking a closer look at the warrior. "Being tied up in the schoolhouse rubbing you the wrong way? I'd be pissed too, if someone did that to me."

Malachi gave the cheerful boy a cold, sharp look; "maybe you should have kept a better eye on your daughter, you never know the strange things there are around here" He looked around the field, not really paying attention to what was going on around him, he watched the boy, he looked at him again; "I don't remember much of what happened, were you part of tying me up?" he got his knife out getting ready to slit Rhett's throat. Malachai was now against the Lord, he knew that most of the children were against him, and he wanted Isaac dead, he was ready to get his revenge. OOC: Sorry I took so long to reply, and sorry that this is such a lame response

Rhett returned Malachai's reprimand with a cheerful nod. "Yeah, I probably should," he agreed. "But frankly, I sorta wonder why anyone trusts me with her. I'm sort of..." apathetic "inattentive." Delilah was probably fine, anyway. If she was in any danger he would have been far more concerned. As things stood, however, she had probably just flew into the arms of some maternal girl and was feasting on a delicious salad.
Malachai then pressed Rhett for a confession on whether or not he tied him up, all the while brandishing a knife. "Uh, you must really be out of it," Rhett giggled, drinking the sight of the blade. "I mean, if I did tie you up, why would I tell you? I didn't," he added honestly. "But seriously." He shifted uncomfortably.
"So...um...what 'ya doing, then?"
